Spatchcocked Herbalicious Chicken - Thanksgiving Reservation

Marinated and spatchcocked fresh whole chicken from Fenwood Farm. (Approx. 4lbs-5lbs). Price is $9.75/lb

We ask for $20 deposit which will be taken off of your total at pickup.

The backbone is taken out, and the chicken is flattened for an easy dinner option. The marinade is olive oil, lemon, herbs, and garlic.
