Collection: Pasture-Raised Pork

Every week we receive a whole pigs from Linton Pastured Pork  and we butcher them in house. 
Established in 2010, Linton Pasture Pork is a farrow to finish family run farm located in Walton, Ontario. They are a niche-market pork producer who believes in humane and sustainable production. Linton Pasture pork hogs are raised outdoors between spring and fall where they are often seen foraging in the pasture. During the winter season they are raised indoors with outdoor access. Ethical farming practices allows the pigs to be raised in a stress-free environment, allowing them to roam freely and grow naturally. This results in healthier animals and superior meat quality.
