Our lambs come from Maple Meadows in Osgoode. Our Lamb Shoulder is $16/lb. When you reserve your lamb, we ask for a $20 deposit which will be taken off of your total at pickup.
Please note the approximate size of a bone in lamb shoulder is 3lbs-3.5lbs. If you would rather a boneless lamb shoulder (approx 2.5lbs) please let us know. Boneless Lamb Shoulder is $22/lb. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask.
