Braised shortribs make a luxurious meal with little effort. English cut shortribs are about 2 inches by 3 inches in size and are approximately 8 ounces each. We recommend 1-2 pieces per person. Price is $15 per pound.
We ask for $20 deposit which will be taken off of your total at pickup.
