Tamworth Pork

Every week we receive a whole pig from Harley Farms in Keene, ON and we butcher it in-house. Our pigs are Heritage Tamworth pigs raised using humane and sustainable farming practices. Tamworth pigs are one of the oldest breeds of pigs and renowned for the quality of their meat.  They are a natural choice for a pasture-raised system due to their hardiness and ability to thrive in cold Canadian winters. Allowing the pigs roam freely on a forage based diet produces a superb end product.
