We have been asked to offer our Slow Roasted Porchetta fully cooked and ready to reheat at home for Christmas. It is a decadent pork belly that has been butterflied, seasoned with lemon, garlic, thyme, herbs, olive oil, dijon and slow roasted until tender. It will be sold as a roast and ready to reheat at home.
We will offer our slow roasted porchetta by the lb.
