The Crosswind Farm Smoked Goat Gouda cheese is a traditional Dutch style Gouda. The aroma suggests sour cream. On the tongue, the cheese is silky, smoky, salty and mild, with a concentrated sweetness.
Crosswind Farm is located in Keene, On, just outside of Peterborough. Kevin and Cindy started their goat farm in 2006 and have been producing award winning cheeses from their family run operation.
