Local Osgoode Wagyu

We source our Wagyu from Velthuis Farms just down the road in Osgoode. This is the real deal.....pure blood Wagyu bred and raised right here in the Ottawa area, delivered fresh and butchered in our shop. It's was aged 28 days and then we vac-packed it and froze it.

Our entire Wagyu inventory is on this page. We have limited quantities left from the front quarter that came in. When it's gone it's gone until we get our next quarter.
